999y Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to 999y. By accessing or using the 999y platform — including the website at 999y.onl, any associated mobile pages and all services offered through the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

• Not Prohibited: You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or self-excluded from 999y or who has been notified that their account has been permanently closed.
• Personal Use Only: Your 999y account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your account, and you must not operate an account on behalf of another person.

999y reserves the right to decline any registration application at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

999y may require you to verify your identity at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, after a pattern of activity triggers a review, or at random. This is standard Know Your Customer (KYC) practice and is for the protection of all players on the platform.

Verification documents that may be requested include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of your registered mobile number, and in some cases proof of the payment method used for deposits. Documents should be clear, legible and current.

• Withdrawals may be held pending until identity verification is successfully completed.
• If verification documents provided are found to be fraudulent or doctored, the account will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

4. Deposits in PKR

All deposits on 999y are made and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits, similarly fast processing
• Raast — Pakistan's instant digital payment system for bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard bank account transfers in PKR

The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page within your account and may be updated from time to time. 999y does not charge deposit fees, though your own payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment accounts belonging to third parties is not permitted.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• 999y reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it cannot be verified or if it is associated with suspicious activity.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Verification: Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held until KYC is completed.
• Bonus Wagering: Any bonus funds in your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus rules.

• Processing Times: Standard withdrawals are processed within the timeframe displayed at the time of request. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from expedited processing. 999y targets fast turnaround, though bank processing times outside 999y's control may add to the total time.

999y reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for review. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and is not applied as a delay tactic.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

999y offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each bonus offer page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, casino games, live casino, fish games and platform games may carry different contribution weightings — check the specific bonus terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Players must complete or opt out of a current bonus before claiming a new one.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for PKR directly. They exist to extend your play on 999y, not as withdrawable cash.
• Abuse and Manipulation: Exploiting bonuses through coordinated betting patterns, hedging strategies, or any method designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine gaming risk will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided and the account reviewed. 999y's interpretation of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The 999y sportsbook covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI series and test matches — alongside football, esports and other sports as made available from time to time. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 999y:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference. Bets that do not generate a confirmation are not placed, regardless of what you may have selected on screen.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. If odds change between selection and confirmation, 999y's system will either confirm at the new odds or return the stake — depending on the market type and configuration at the time.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets on cricket and other sports are subject to brief delays. Bets may be suspended during key moments — wickets, reviews, boundaries — and any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.
• Match Abandoned or Incomplete: For cricket matches that are abandoned or significantly interrupted, 999y follows the sporting body's official result where one is declared. If no official result is declared, bets may be voided and stakes returned per the applicable market rules.
• Errors in Odds: In the event that an obvious error in odds is published — significantly out of line with the true market — 999y reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes. This applies even after a bet has been confirmed.
• Maximum Winnings: Per-bet and per-day maximum winnings limits apply and are displayed within the betting section. 999y reserves the right to enforce these limits at settlement.
• Bet Integrity: Any bet 999y reasonably suspects was placed with knowledge of a manipulated result, or as part of match-fixing activity, will be voided and the matter may be reported to relevant sporting authorities.

8. Casino, Live Casino, Slots and Fish Games Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles and fish games available on 999y operate under the following rules:

• Game Outcomes: All game outcomes are determined by the underlying game engine or, in the case of live casino, by the physical action of the dealer. Once a round is completed and the result is displayed, the outcome is final.
• Technical Faults: If a game experiences a technical interruption mid-round, the round will either be completed upon reconnection or voided and your stake returned, depending on the game type and the stage at which the interruption occurred. 999y's decision on interrupted rounds is final.

• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a manipulated sporting outcome, or communicating with match fixers.
• Interference: Attempting to access, disrupt or interfere with 999y's systems, servers, databases or the accounts of other users.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

999y reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity concerns, bonus abuse or a pattern of activity that 999y reasonably considers suspicious.

• Where an account is suspended for investigation, the player will be notified unless doing so would compromise the investigation.
• If an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach.
• Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach by the player — such as a change in platform availability — any genuine real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
• Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 999y support. Any real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.
